Patricia Schwarber, Principal with the Lakeland Group, has been a consultant involved in culture change and organization transformation for over 30 years. As a senior partner with Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. a worldwide recognized leader in the areas of problem solving and decision making, Patricia led teams in the Automotive Practice, General Enterprise Practice and, most recently, the Consumer Products Practice. She has collaborated on projects with the J. M. Smucker Company where she facilitated strategic planning, designed the Smucker Quality Management Program, as well as a tribute to the legacy of Paul Smucker that went to every associate in the organization. In addition, Pat has worked with many organizations, such as Sara Lee, Masterfoods USA/M&M Mars, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Hipple Cancer Research Center, North Canton School System and First National Bank of Orrville. In addition, Pat has worked with numerous non-profits such as ICan of Canton, Ohio, Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio and Habitat for Humanity designing and facilitating various engagements from strategy formulation to core competency design.

Through defining, designing, delivering and documenting results, solutions that achieve measurable results are the foundation of Pat’s work. Pat has authored a number of articles on Decision Making and Operations Improvement. One, published by the Emerald Group in Europe, was sent worldwide as a benchmark for Creativity in Decision Making. In addition, often requested to speak, Pat has recently spoken at the Train Share Group in Chicago and as the featured speaker on Strategic and Operational Decision Making for the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC).

Pat has been a board member of the Ohio Ballet, and is still very active in the Tregoe Education Forum, The Heartland Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.
