Ibrahim La’ah is a peace and security management specialist, grassroots negotiator and agent of change. He has ten years of mediation, workplace conflict and peace building experience.

Ibrahim was a lecturer and external examiner with the University of Africa, Zambia Campus and University of Lusaka, Zambia. He lectured on nation building, leadership, conflict management and peace building. While at the University of Lusaka, he sat on the examination board in addition to supervising projects and theses.

Ibrahim worked as a facilitator and management consultant with Victor and Victor’s Consultancy Lusaka, Zambia for five years. Ibrahim and a partner organized the first African Girls’ Child Summit on ending child marriage.
As an events team builder and youth developer specialist, Ibrahim has provided team building and workplace conflict resolution services to a variety of United Nation Agencies in Zambia.
In 2018, Ibrahim relocated to the United States. He joined The Lakeland Group in early 2019.
